Thoughts For Thursday No.1

 
One of my goals for 2017 is to eat healthier. I found this recipe on Pinterest and cooked it last night. Very tasty and full of yummy veggies!
Ingredients:
Chicken Tenderloins
1 Zucchini
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 red onion
1 bag of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
1/2 cup Zesty Italian dressing
 
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Directions: Cut up vegetables and chicken and in a large mixing bowl add zesty italitan dressing. Mix up ingredients and put into a glass baking dish. Bake on 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
 
I will definitely make this dish again because it was quick, easy, and healthy! Next time I will add mushrooms and more zucchini!
