Hey ya'll! I'm sharing a recipe I came across on facebook. I made this last night, and even though my children wouldn't eat it, Walt and I really enjoyed it! Ingredients 3 cups of cooked rice (white or brown) 6-8 chicken thighs 2 10.75oz cans cream of cheddar soup 1 10.75oz can cream of herbed chicken soup 1 1/2 cups milk (whole or 2%) 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated 5 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1-4 teaspoon red pepper flakes salt and pepper Directions Preheat oven to 350 F and lightly grease a 9X13 inch baking dish. Combine cream of cheddar, cream of chicken, and milk in a bowl and whisk until combined. Then whisk in garlic, op, paprika, red pepper flakes, and cheddar cheese. Spread rice out on the bottom of the cooking dish, then top with chicken thighs. Season your chicken with salt and pepper. Pour soup mixture over chicken and rice. Happy Monday! I was finally able to spend the weekend with my girls and I'm going to share all the fun things we did. I picked them up Thursday afternoon and the first thing they did when we got home was go check the cotton with Mr. Walter. It doesn't look like cotton right now, but in the next few weeks the bowls will start blooming white!   Friday night we celebrated my brother's 25th birthday with a hibachi supper, which is the girls favorite! top / shoes (less than $15!) linking up with Andrea    1. Will you go on a summer vacation this year? Yes! Walter and I went to Orange Beach last week for vacation and our wedding! We are taking my girls to Disney in October for a family vacation. 2. Do nothing but relax or pack it all in vacation? Pack it all in for sure! I love going places and seeing things when I'm on vacation. I can relax at the house. 3. What month do you like to vacation? I prefer going on vacation in the fall, but it works better during the summer since the girls have school. 4. Cruise: yes or no? Yes a cruise is on my bucket list!! 5. Favorite vacation tradition?
